Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

FAT checks the agreed functions before shipment. Depending on the project and available materials, it may include dry running, water testing, bottle transfer, filling, capping, labeling, packaging, alarms, safety circuits and operating-speed observation.

Installation

Equipment is positioned, leveled, connected and checked according to the approved layout and installation plan. Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, water, drainage and conveyor interfaces are coordinated on site.
