Technical Confirmation
The project specification is reviewed before manufacturing begins, including capacity, bottle format, product contact materials, key component brands, machine interfaces, control requirements, layout dimensions, utilities, safety requirements, and customer-approved options.

CNC Machining

Welding and Surface Finishing
Stainless-steel frames, tanks, piping, platforms, and guards are fabricated and welded. Product-contact areas, weld quality, drainage, surface treatment, cleaning access, and visual finishing are checked according to the equipment application.

Mechanical Assembly
Frames, tanks, pumps, motors, filling valves, transmissions, conveyors, guards, sensors, pneumatic parts, lubrication components, and change parts are assembled into the complete machine or system.

Electrical Installation
Control cabinets, PLC and HMI hardware, sensors, drives, safety devices, wiring, cable routing, pneumatic control, communication interfaces, and machine programs are installed and prepared for testing.

Factory Functional Testing

Quality Inspection

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Protection and Export Packing
After release, machines are cleaned, protected, secured, and packed for transport. Loose parts, electrical cabinets, sensitive components, tools, change parts, documentation, and spare parts are identified and packed according to the transport plan.
